 FOCUS ON THE ROAD, SHE'LL DO THE REST

     I've always been a Lexus fan. Outside of the Audi A3-A8 series, I think there is no greater quality and performance of a luxury vehicle than the Lexus brand with the GS 350 4 sprinting ahead of its competitors. I love this car. It exudes comfort and class!

      I've always believed Icehouse is the most underrated beer on the market today. It sells relatively well and consistently with little promotion or marketing. It has a clean, crisp  taste and evades the watered-down properties of the more popular brands. This brand has been incredibly slept on and remains one of my favorites.

     This is my first professional ad. I worked with a local graphic designer to produce this campaign for the Atlanta Board Of Health. It ran on buses, the MARTA railway, billboards, radio and magazine. The effort was to promote safe sex among African American men who were secretly bi-sexual (Down-low brothers) who were infecting their wives and girlfriends with the dreaded H.I.V virus. I didn't do the graphics for this ad and the copy was changed by the client by inserting the word "Brother" in the front to denote the target market was African American men in the metropolitan Atlanta area.

ANY HEINZ LEFT?

     In the tradition of Heinz's visual-based advertising genius, this ad utilizes scrumptious images of grilled ribs, chicken, steak and turkey legs. It then, in traditional fashion, asks a simple question- "Any Heinz Left"? Heinz specializes in triggering the taste buds, appetites and salivation of its expansive consumer body. This is one sample I was very intrigued and excited to take on given Heinz's elite reputation in advertising. What do you think?
